In recent years, HYC has been developing rapidly, and the department employee demand is large. If all employee demand relies on external personnel, large quantity of newcomers in the short term will not be digested, and external cost is also higher. If the job is a management position, employee may be unaccustomed, therefore we need to combine inside and outside factors. We give the opportunity to our internal staff. Then, how to select suitable talents from the internal staff and train, so as to meet the development of the company? This is an important subject of talent cultivation.

After clarifying the importance of enterprise development and talent training, the operation center closely follows the development goals of the enterprise, closely follows the strategic development of the enterprise and the requirements for talent development, and carries out the TANGXI Plan, aiming at cultivating reserve talents and enriching standby management team.
Operation Director Yao personally selected 3 department manager candidates, 4 section manager candidates, 6 supervisor candidates, 23 team leader candidates and 8 supply chain expert candidates for the official approval of TANGXI plan on April 2nd. However, most of the management team in the "TANGXI Plan" did not disappoint us, and they showed their initiative and enterprising spirit. HYC only builds the stage for everyone, but it is you who show out the graceful dancing posture.

The TANGXI Plan for each training is object to customize a set of training programs. From the perspective of the attendance and the assessment results of training, most people did very well, even during mass production, they can still guarantee more than 60% attendance, even there were so few people who worked busy, even if not possible to attend the training, they also want to come here to attend exams, which left a deep impression on HR center - the enthusiasm for learning and the highest attendance rate in the company.

In TANGXI plan, dynamic management is carried out for all the training objects, and regular work reports are made to understand the working status of all the training objects, and meanwhile, problems are solved in time.

(5) To meet the development needs, namely to make overall planning for standby personnel echelon construction in combination with the company's and the center's development strategies, so as to meet the needs of talents for the company's development.
As a pilot this year, the operation center has carried out the construction of talent echelon. In the future, we will gradually establish a talent training system in other centers. Please look forward to it.
