The launch ceremony of HYC three intelligent bases and the grand ceremony of the 2023-2024 Annual Meeting were successfully held
On December 30, 2023, HYC held the launch ceremony of the three intelligent bases with the theme of "Empowering New Life towards the Future " and the grand ceremony of the 2023-2024 Annual Meeting. 1,800 HYC people from 8 branches at home and abroad gathered in Suzhou to witness the achievements of HYC in the past year and look forward to a new journey in 2024.
HYC three intelligent bases launched
On the morning of December 30, the launching ceremony of three intelligent Base was held in HYC FactoryⅡ. The official launch of the intelligent bases in Suzhou (FactoryⅡ), Chengdu and Changshu means that HYC has created a new record: All the industrial bases of HYC in the world have exceeded 250,000 square meters!
The start-up and production of the three intelligent bases is an important milestone in the development process of HYC, which also means that HYC industrial layout will open a new chapter! In the future, the three bases will play an important role in different regions and fields.

In the afternoon, Mr. Chen Wenyuan, chairman of HYC, delivered his annual speech "I·We·Our Future" at the staff meeting, telling his entrepreneurial experience and the struggle of HYC people with many stories.
Story 1: The seed of the dream is ignited.
From the technical workers of the magnetic head factory to the dishwashers who studied abroad, and then returned to China to start a business, the seeds of dreams took root and sprout.

No land, no people, no money, no technology, no more than 10 members of the team rely on "two guns" to survive the initial hardships of entrepreneurship, to get HYC history of the first large order of more than 100 million US dollars. To the epidemic, HYC people still have the brave choice and responsibility to go to the customer's site without hesitation.

Chairman Chen noted that President Xi’s visit this year is a supreme honor for HYC, and we must obey his encouragement and climb the peak of science and technology. In the past 18 years, HYC has continuously climbed the technological peak and conquered nearly 200 major projects. Despite the current uncertain environment, we still be like a fire in the winter, becoming an enterprise with warmth and a group of passionate HYC people.

In the past year, HYC has made remarkable achievements in scientific and technological innovation, product research and development and international market expansion. These achievements are inseparable from the efforts of every HYC people. This year, HYC recognized a total of 15 awards and 424 employees. HYC set up a special "Nobel Prize" for Yuan Chuang Award this year. As the highest award for the company's scientific and technological talents, the Yuan Chuang Award is awarded once every five years to recognize those who maintain the spirit of scientific and technological innovation in the development of the company and have the original technical creativity.
