HYC exhibits SEMICON CHINA 2024!

       On March 20, 2024, SEMICON China held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. HYC showcased a variety of products and solutions at the exhibition, jointly contributing to the development of the semiconductor industry.

SoC test solution

       This year, the most eye-catching exhibits on HYC's booth are the three SoC testers - T7600S, T7600M, and T7600H, supporting a maximum of 1536, 3072, and 4608 digital channels respectively. The series adopts advanced chip technology and has undergone repeated simulations and optimizations, resulting in superior voltage and current test accuracy.

       Also showcased alongside the SoC testers are five boards: DP128, DPS64, MX32, FVI32, and the newly launched UHC24 by HYC this year. The UHC24 is a power board that supports 24 high-current power channels, with each channel capable of delivering up to 32A, and the entire board supporting a maximum of 768A.

PXIe test solution

       The PXIe architecture test platform is also a major highlight on HYC's booth. The PXIe chassis, various PXIe boards, RF PA testers, T60, and many other exhibits comprehensively demonstrate the capabilities of HYC's PXIe architecture test platform solutions.

Among them, T60 is a new generation of small-sized tester based on the PXIe tester architecture, which HYC debuted for the first time. It is suitable for testing small chips such as AD/DA, RF front-ends, small SoCs, sensors, PMICs, and more.

The RF PA tester TS1800 is a radio frequency testing equipment based on the PXIe tester, capable of testing frequencies up to 10GHz. It features 32 bidirectional RF ports and supports WiFi6/7 PA, WCDMA, LTE, and 5G NR PAMid/L-PAMid testing.

       This SEMICON exhibition not only showcased the strength of HYC in the field of semiconductor testing equipment, but also demonstrated to industry visitors the company's more open and inclusive attitude, as well as its determination to jointly seek new developments for the industry.
