The production line has a total of 12 stations, linear layout, the core process includes dispensing, assembly, curing, screw, PIN, etc.
The combination of lock screw and spring tooling makes SEA products realize mass curing under constant pressure in curing furnace, meet the demand of 1h curing time, and make the curing CT reach 6.5s, greatly improving the product production CT; using vibration plate, vacuum blowing PIN and cylinder to realize efficient PIN needle feeding, combined with independent automatic PIN mechanism greatly improves the product assembly efficiency

Power Supply High-Voltage Relay Production Line
The project is configured with 10 workstations in a linear layout. The core processes include: post-brazing ceramic inspection, helium leak testing, magnetic block assembly & inspection, dynamic component pairing & testing assembly, intermediate inspection, laser welding, hydrogen-helium gas mixture filling, high-voltage relay final assembly, and FFT functional testing.
The production line layout is modular, each equipment is independently splicing, highly flexible and convenient for the integration and transformation of equipment in the later stage
The production rate of good products in the production line is 99.5%, with MES data control of the whole line, real-time monitoring of product process data, and real-time alarm feedback of abnormal situations
